SHORTLIST ANNOUNCEMENT
After two months of careful deliberations delving into the many high quality submissions we received from 30 countries, we are pleased to announce the 20 finalists of the this first MESH edition! Congratulations to all finalists on this very competitive achievement!
We wish to sincerely thank the two Guest Curators, Rebecca Morse and Linsey Young, for lending their precious time and curatorial expertise to this process as they move their conversation into the second and final exhibition step amidst other busy agendas.
We also wish to acknowledge and thank all the other artists who entered MESH: both Linsey and Rebecca mentioned how they thoroughly enjoyed the great variety of work and exciting perspectives they met outside of their respective shortlist selections.
Each finalist is now being considered for one of the two MESH exhibition spots: stay tuned in early to mid June for a final MESH Exhibition announcement awarding one photography and visual arts finalists the first MESH Exhibition Prize and Grants!
