BOWEN ISLAND EXHIBITION

FOTOFILMIC is proud to present the 10  photographic projects from the 3rd edition Annual FotoFilmic Mentoring Program (AFMP III). This year’s summer and fall exhibitions in Bowen Island, Canada, and Paris, France, will showcase curated walls from the final projects of (in alphabetical order) Morganne Boulden (US), Hannah Edelman (US), Meinke ten Have (NL), Mitra Khayyam (US), Katharine Kollman (US), Avery Norman (US), Theodore Pasquale (US/TW), Rio Asch Phoenix (US), Charity Rachelle (US) & Gideon Yeeshun Tsang (CA/US).

OPENING

Join us at the FOTOFILMIC Space on Saturday, June 27, from 2:00 pm to celebrate the amazing work and artistic achievements of our 10 AFMP III graduates!

This year the AFMP Exhibition opening is expanding beyond the FOTOFILMIC Space into exciting follow up receptions with food, drinks and music at our friends’ nearby boutiques Miki Tanaka, and Dana Lee Brown! Miki Tanaka is a New York-educated metalsmith artist and jeweller originally from the Izu Peninsula in Japan. And Dana Lee Brown is a creative textile studio developing soil-to-loom fabrics together with North American farms and supply chains. Both are incredibly talented creatives that we are lucky to call our friends and neighbours!
